Too Long So I Didn’t Read Version: You will not be sorry booking this venue for your wedding! Patient People Version: We got married here in June 2019 and it was everything it was advertised to be. The views were beautiful, the facilities were great, and the staff were amazing. Let’s start with the views. The ceremony space has a gorgeous background view. Everything you think of when you think of greenbluff. The water feature is great during the procession. Then you have the barn and surrounding area for the reception space. The barn is beautiful, and provides a great backdrop for pictures. Moving on to the facilities. The reception space is very close to fully customizable to fit our needs. They also provide a catalog of things you can borrow for your wedding all included in the venue rental. We brought very few things because they supplied so much. Finally, the best for last, the staff. I’ll start with coordinator. She gave us our tour and it was easy to tell how invested she was in us and our day. She was available throughout the process to answer any questions and keep us on track. Followed up by our coordinator, provided by Belles on the Bluff, Allie. She was amazing. From the schedule planning, to setup, and keeping everything running smoothly, she was fantastic. She even shared her sunscreen when my bald head was starting to burn. The Belles on the Bluff Wedding Package includes:
Estate Access. 14 full hours of Estate Access!! Arrival is at 9AM and bride/groom departure is at 9 PM. We also give you two hours for rehearsal and set-up before so that all is organized and ready on wedding day.
Overnight Stay. You can now stay overnight with up to 34 guests on the full estate between the house, barn and bridal suite! This means your rehearsal dinner and day after brunch can all happen right here! Go to airbnb to see pictures but you will book directly with us. When you book the house with your Friday/Saturday wedding, there is no wedding the day before yours! We have weekend dates blocked out for your wedding! Click here for details.
Bridal Carriage House: Relax in your own private, beautiful and spacious one-bedroom cottage with bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen for bride and bridesmaids where your morning wedding day mimosas await you! Includes private garage for unloading.
Groom’s Stable: Three super cool rooms with pool table, poker table and dressing room to keep everyone occupied and distracted as needed! =) Also includes covered awning with outdoor seating overlooking bluff where family and friends love to gather.

The View. Your guests will gather outside with seating for up to 200 guests on our rustic benches. They won't mind the wait as they will have a jaw-dropping view to enjoy...
I have been in love with Belles on the Bluff for a LONG time! I never thought I would ever have the chance to get married at my perfect venue! After having issues with another venue that we booked first, we went to Belles on the Bluff and went and looked at it and not only did I fall in love even more, my husband fell in love with the venue as well.
Our wedding coordinator was amazing to work with and made sure that when we went over our consultation prior to the wedding, we got every detail that was super important to us.
The rehearsal went off without a hitch, even with the crazy wedding party we had!
Now let me tell you where coordinator stands out from others! The night before our wedding, we had some family drama happen. I DID not want to deal with this on my wedding day and I knew a certain person would be the one to cause the drama and the hurt because my day did not revolve around them. I told coordinator about what happened and she was amazing as she took the lead and sweetly and nicely asked these people to not cause the drama on our day, that the drama can be dealt with a different day. She was super attentive to my feelings and she made sure that I was happy not just then but throughout the night. She got us our first drinks, she made sure my dress was fluffed during pictures, she made sure that I took some time to breathe. I can't say enough amazing things about her and their team at Belles on the Bluff!

Our wedding reception at Belles on the Bluff was absolutely amazing! Teri and Meredith were so great to work with. The Arbor. Say "I do" below our rustic arbor with a beautiful drop-off the world view behind you and a ridiculous 360 degree view all around.
The Barn. After the ceremony, invite your guests inside to sit at our gorgeous rustic wood tables with elegant chairs, draping lights and cedar/stone throughout.
Included Day of Wedding Coordinating. One of the nicest perks that sets us apart from other venues is that we do complete set up and clean up as well as full day-of coordinating. You (and your helpers!) can relax, knowing that our coordinator is taking care of all the details throughout the day. If the caterer doesn't show or the cake falls over, we are there to do all we can behind the scenes to fix things. When it's time for the first look or to walk down the aisle, we come and get you and make it all happen! At the end of the night, just take out what you brought in and walk away to rest and celebrate.
Included Farm Tables. All of our furniture has been handmade for our venue. We have 20 rustic wood farm tables (which seat up to 10 each) and cool wood gift and guest book table, an old bar, and an awesome pipe and wood cake table.
Included Table Linens. If you want to cover up the tables, we provide you with white linen tablecloth underlays - toppers required.
Included Decorations. Save money and stress by using our selection of decorating items from log rounds to signs, candles, vases, mason jars, charcuterie boards, table numbers, chalkboards, to many more decorating options all included FREE.
Alcohol. Another perk at Belles is that we let you bring in your own alcohol rather than purchase it from us. That way there is no middle man and you can buy only what you need! We do require our licensed bartender for liability reasons.
Catering? You can bring in any licensed caterer of your choosing!
Oh my Goodness Beautiful place. It's like a palace. Extraordinary! Like a dream. This is where you take your loved one to marry her, propose, need quality time alone... She will never forget it. It's not overwhelmingly priced. It has easy access and privacy. Don't let the beautiful mansion next to it detour you from going. They mind their own, never get in your business. Sweeter than pie! I have zero complaints. None!
If I could do it all over again. I absolutely would. Only thing different I would do is book it for longer than 2 days! Bless the heart of the one who designed this for us all to enjoy!

Children. For those of you with children attending, you will be so thankful for the playground with pre-school play set. We shut the pool after the wedding for safety, opening only for picture time.

Shuttle. Enjoy the on-site private parking area with golf cart shuttle service for those who need help getting to ceremony site from parking. It isn't that far but the estate is sprawling so assistance can be helpful for the elderly - or girls with high heeled shoes!
We just had our wedding weekend here and I can’t say enough great things to properly describe our experience! It’s such a beautiful venue, there are so many extra amenities that a lot of venues don’t have. It’s nice theirs tons of space to have guests stay over night as well! Our coordinator Meredith truly made the whole process so easy for us! Our wedding day was perfect and she made sure of it! Top Service. Weddings are what we do best!! We didn't just happen to have a pretty spot and decide to use it for weddings. We are wedding pros who found a gorgeous spot to turn into a venue just for weddings! Recently photographing a wedding at Belles on the Bluff was an astounding experience. So much variety of pretty locations to take pictures for the couple, and the property is huge! There's a lot more to it than the big red barn making a staple! The property wedding coordinator was more than helpful and sweet, from managing the entire wedding to giving out tips for best sunset spots. I was blown away by the beauty, organization of things, and cute arrangements of every room. Booking a wedding with them is worth every penny! BEST. VENUE. EVER. I got married at Belles on the Bluff two weeks ago and would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
Lets just start with the coordinator. She is one of the most kind, positive and upbeat people I have ever met, and she cares so much about making each and every wedding go off without a hitch. She had everything ready to go when we got to the venue and seamlessly helped to coordinate with each vendor when they got on-site or if they needed anything. Did I mention she is super fun?
Next, the venue is GORGEOUS. Honestly the views decorate the ceremony site and arch themselves. The barn is beautiful, well maintained and is one-of-a-kind. It was so nice being able to utilize the venue tables, chairs, and other decorations and not deal with having to rent any equipment too. There was so much space for getting ready as well for the groomsmen, and the bridal cottage for the bridesmaids. The grounds were perfectly taken care of and I can't express just how beautiful it was.
The owners are very kind, gracious, and take care of their property so well. They employ kind staff who were very helpful from the grounds crew and coordinator to the bartender, etc. I feel so grateful to have gotten married at Belles and can't write enough good things about this amazing venue. ~ Anna 2022
My husband and I got married at Belles on the Bluff in June 2022 with the all-inclusive package and we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. The venue is beautiful and they have a variety of table decorations available to use, so we didn't even have to bring our own decorations. Our wedding coordinator, Carolyn, was so friendly and helpful and made the wedding day run smoothly - we didn't have to worry about anything except getting married and spending time with our family and friends on the day of the wedding! All of the vendors that were included with our package (photographer Ana Hopkins, DJ Nick from Complete Weddings & Events, Sabrina of Greenbluff Fresh Catering Company, our bartender) were such a pleasure to work with and the food and drinks provided in our package were all superb. How Do I Reserve? You can either choose one non-refundable down payment of $6.000 or 3 non-refundable payments of $2,000 (1 per month) to reserve your date. We take cash, credit or check. However, there is an additional 3.5% charge for credit card use. Entire down-payment goes towards cost of wedding. All down payments are non-refundable but if you have to cancel your wedding and IF we can re-book your wedding date, we will give you back everything except for the down payment.
Reception Only? Take off $2,000 for a reception only with a total of 8 hours access (available Fridays and Sundays only!)
